Policing is made up from many different people and organizations. Each state has their own state police department. Policing is more than just police officers out controlling the streets it deals with a lot of behind the scene stuff such as the FBI, Detectives, DEA, Department of Homeland Security, and Federal Air Marshals to name a few. Without policing in today’s society everything would be crazy, laws would not be enforced and all the different types of crime would be at an all-time high. The FBI is hug e when it comes to policing and what all happens when the FBI deals with a crime scene. â€Å"The FBI is an intelligence-driven and threat-focused national security organization with both intelligence and law enforcement duties.
